Why Is My Control Unit Displaying Three Dashes or Beeping?

Unfortunately if you are experiencing this fault the main power board has failed and needs replacing.

We tend to see this issue occur after power cuts, particularly in units that are over two years old. While the main power board can sometimes be reprogrammed at a minimal cost, older boards typically only last around three years. For this reason, even if reprogramming is possible, we usually recommend replacing the main power board with a new one for better long-term reliability.

If you have either of these errors, please send your control unit only to the address on the form below along with your details and Shopify number if known and include in the box.

Write three dashes or beeping as the fault. Banana boxes work great for shipping control units.
