Make shipping your unit for repairs easy and hassle-free with our prepaid Unit Shipping Label. This label covers both the cost of shipping your unit to us and the return trip after repair, ensuring a smooth and cost-effective process.
How It Works:
✅ Purchase Your Label – Choose from Non-Rural ($59.95) or Rural ($69.95).
✅ Receive Your Label by Email – We’ll send you a printable shipping label after purchase.
✅ Pack Your Unit Properly – The unit must be shipped in a banana box to avoid extra fees.
✅ Drop Off Your Parcel –
- Non-Rural: Schedule a pickup or drop it off at a Post Haste depot.
- Rural: Take the package to your nearest Post Haste depot, as rural pickups are not available.
Important Notes:
📌 Correct Packaging Required – Units must be sent in a banana box. If the package is too large, additional shipping costs will apply.
📌 Printing Required – You’ll need a printer to print the emailed label and securely tape it to the box.
📌 Check if You’re Rural – Use this Post Haste tool to confirm if your address is rural before selecting your shipping option.
📌 Optional Carrier Choice – You are welcome to arrange your own shipping if preferred.
📌 Applicable Models - this is available to most models of spa except for the Oslo. If you have an Oslo, please get in touch with our team to assist further.
