Important Information

Freight company charges: * Subject to freight company's standard metropolitan and rural delivery charges. Please note that courier companies' definition of metropolitan is larger centres. Some small towns are regarded as rural, and rural delivery may be restricted to a distance outside each metropolitan area, ie we do not have agreements in place to deliver to every New Zealand address.

For our rural customers, if you can get your order delivered to a local metropolitan address it will save you money and result in a faster delivery.

Some deliveries may attract an additional cost over and above our standard charges, which will be payable by the purchaser. Any additional delivery costs will be confirmed prior to dispatch and delivery.

Return Shipping Labels: Need to return your unit for warranty or repairs? Purchase our Return Shipping Label at a hugely discounted price. This cost covers sending the unit back to Portable Spas Service Centre and the return of the repaired item.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Metropolitan areas: typical delivery nationwide is 2 days. Use the tracking information with your order and escalate to the shipping agent if the delivery isn't reeceived within 3 days
  • Rural areas: Rural delivery time frames are variable. Allow a week, but feel free to follow up with the shipping agent if the dellivery time table is not meeting your expectations.
