Are clearance items brand new?

Most are brand-new stock we’re clearing to make room. A few items are ex-display or open-box, and those are clearly labelled on the product page so there are no surprises.

Do clearance items come with a warranty?

New, sealed items carry the same warranty as the rest of our range. Ex-display or as-is items may have a shorter or limited warranty, which we spell out on the listing. Either way, our NZ-based team is behind you.

How long do clearance deals last?

Until the stock runs out. Clearance lines are limited and often one-offs, so prices and availability change quickly. If you spot something you like, it’s best not to wait.
