Support Policy Update

From 19 February 2026, proof of purchase is required for all support queries. We pride ourselves on looking after our customers — we answer calls, return missed calls, and reply to emails promptly.

Customers who purchased their spa from us receive full support as always. If your spa pool was not purchased from us, or if you cannot provide proof of purchase, a minimum 15-minute consultation fee of $35 applies, payable in advance. Additional charges apply if assistance exceeds 15 minutes.

This allows us to continue delivering exceptional service to our own customers while still being available to help everyone who needs it.
