Our focus is on you being able to enjoy your spa every day without interruption, without unscheduled time where it is not available. Minimise the risk by booking your control unit in for an annual service.

To make this as cost effective as possible. For the annual service we replace the flow switches as these can wear out. 2 new flow switches are $46. Our minimum labour charge for unscheduled service is $125 and covers the first hour. For the annual service you get two new flow switches and your control unit cleaned and assessed to give you confidence it will run for another year without issue, Our charge for the annual service is only $150 plus shipping. that's $181 value for $150 and the peace of mind you`can relax and enjoy your MSpa without interruption for the next 12 months. 

All pools - swimming or spa require maintenance and service. Your MSpa control unit should be serviced annually if you use it regularly. If you haven't had it serviced in the last year or if you plan on selling it, consider getting it serviced to increase your sell price.

If you are not going to use your spa for a week or more, consider sending it for service so you have confidence it will work when you want to use it.

Standard service is $150 plus shipping. Extra charges may apply if major components need to be replaced. Use the return shipping label to send your control unit to our service centre in a banana box. 

Please note: Portable Spas New Zealand has limited storage space. Whilst we appreciate some customers may need time before they can pay for repairs, please be aware:

• Control units awaiting repair decisions will incur a $10 storage charge from the 15th day after receipt, and every week thereafter
  
• Control units in our possession for 2 months without payment or arrangements will be disposed of
  
• You may choose to have your control unit returned to you, or payment arrangements can be made

We will make every effort to contact you to ensure your unit is repaired or returned before disposal.
