Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to heat up the spa?
The Mono-Eco heats at 1.5-2.0°C per hour. When heating from cold, allowing for NZ conditions, plan on an hour per degree just so you're not disappointed with your MSpa not being at the required temperature when you want to relax into the bubbles. The WiFi control lets you schedule heating so it's ready when you want it.

Can I use this spa year-round in New Zealand?
Absolutely! The Mono-Eco is designed for New Zealand conditions. In winter, it maintains temperature beautifully with the included insulation system. In summer, turn off the heater and use it as a refreshing plunge pool.

What power supply do I need?
Standard 240V household power with a dedicated 10A circuit. The spa comes with a 3-pin plug and built-in RCD for safety. Most Kiwi homes can accommodate this without electrical modifications.

How much does it cost to run?
Factory tests = 40deg water temp with outside air temp at 16deg = 13kwh/day. This power consumption can and has been halved utilising all of the power saving options.

What's included in the warranty?
Comprehensive manufacturer warranty covers all components. As your local New Zealand dealer, we handle all warranty claims locally - no dealing with overseas companies or shipping products internationally.

Is it difficult to maintain?

To greatly improve heating performance, we use 2200W PTC heater in the mid to high end range. This heater is not only stronger but also smarter. It can intelligently allocate its power according to the functions that are being activated. When only activate the heater it will run at its full power of 2200W. When the bubble or jet function is on, it will run at a lower power. So even when enjoy the dynamic massage, the water never gets cold.
