Please accept our apologies if you are impacted by the 2200W heater being out-of-stock
Due to extraordinary demand, we are now out-of-stock on the 2200W heaters. These are the heaters in the Monos, Tuscany, Oslo, Carlton and Aurora MSpas. As a result we will not be able to service any heater issues in those models with replacement 2200W heaters until the parts are air-freighted to New Zealand. This could take until mid-November due to manufacturing schedules. We are working with the manufacturer to expedite the shipment if that's at all possible.
This also means we are unable to build refurbished control units for those models until the heaters arrive.
The only options we can offer our customers in the interim is a 1500W heater or a brand new control unit (with a fresh 12-month warranty)
