I read through the reviews and didn't quite believe them. I thought I would give an inflatable spa a go because I wanted a spa but couldn't quite justify the expense of the more solid type. I also doubted that the spa would be hot enough for me - I really like quite hot natural spas!! Only had the pool a couple of day but very impressed so far. The pool is very solid and rigid and comfortable to sit in. The spa is more than hot enough for me. The bubbles are quite impressive but there does not seem to be a lot of difference between the three different power settings. Currently trying to get my head about PH levels and the like to keep the water properly balanced but I'm sure I'll get there. Now looking forward to many more late night soaks under the stars.

My husband said “no” to buying a spa, but I bought one anyway. The value it has added to our household has been invaluable, particularly over lockdowns with 3 boys under 8, one of which is autistic. The quality is excellent, customer service has been incredible and always fast shipping. It’s used a few times a day and even the cat loves sleeping on the top of it. Hubby agrees it was an excellent purchase :) Because it has a flat bottom it’s much safer for children as no seats to fall off.

we are stoked with our purchase. our only issue with delivery was the delivery company who sent this to a completely different town. However once we received our spa we were so surprised how fast installment was and how solid and good quality the spa is! we have used this every day since purchase and enjoyed every minute. Definitely would recommend this to everyone I know.
